BeldenLabs takes your privacy seriously. This privacy policy describes the data we collect and how we use it.

Data collected

This website detects your public IP address to display your network information (location, ISP, timezone, etc.). To do so, your IP address is sent to a third-party geolocation API (ip-api.com) to retrieve associated information. This processing is entirely ephemeral: no IP address is stored, recorded, or retained on our servers. On each visit, data is fetched in real time and displayed without being saved.

Purpose of processing

Data is processed solely to display the information associated with your IP address. No data is used for profiling, targeted advertising, or resale.

Data sharing

Your IP address is sent to ip-api.com to obtain geolocation information. Apart from this technical use, no data is shared with third parties. Matomo analytics data is stored exclusively on our server hosted by OVH SAS (Roubaix, France).

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. Since we do not store any personal data, these rights apply in a limited manner. For any questions, contact us at contact@beldenlabs.com.

Cookies

This website does not place any cookies on your browser. Matomo is configured in cookieless mode. The dark/light mode setting uses your browser's localStorage, which is not a cookie and remains entirely under your control.
